announced today that Zee TV, a division of Zee Telefilms Limited – India’s
largest vertically integrated media and entertainment company - has
purchased a Sledgehammer system as their core shared storage solution.
Zee TV had determined that its post-production pipeline required a
shared storage component and went searching for a system that could
both deal with their multi-OS environment as well as their high bandwidth
requirements. They found both with Sledgehammer. Rudolf D’sa,
Zee TV’s VP of Broadcast Operations Production had the following
comment. “Given the scale of our operations and the various post-production
demands of the Zee group, we required a storage and infrastructure
solution that was both open and could process data from any of the
